“The future is NOW at Gulani Vision Institute. I am the lucky recipient of Next Gen LASIK performed by Dr. Arun Gulani, after being told by others that I was not a candidate due to severe astigmatism and thin corneas. I’m three weeks post-op and doing great!
I have truly enjoyed the entire experience at Gulani Vision Institute. Dr. Gulani is unlike any other doctor I’ve ever worked with. He exudes warmth and positive energy in every interaction and seems genuinely happy to see me and observe my progress at each visit. He welcomes questions, is never rushed, stays on schedule, and cares for each patient as though s/he is the only one. It is very rare nowadays to find anyone in any profession who so loves his work. Dr. Gulani is incredibly passionate about helping people see.
My mother had been blinded and disfigured by another surgeon during a failed cataract surgery, so I was terrified to let anyone operate on my eyes. Dr. Gulani did everything in his power to make me comfortable and help me relax, even giving me a teddy bear to hug during the procedure! It’s amazing to me that someone could be a world class surgeon doing cutting edge precision work all day yet also be so personable.
