🚨[Long Post Alert] I’m ending 2020 with #2020Vision! 🎉 I’d had multiple consultations with local doctors to have the Lasik procedure conducted. I was told that I wasn’t a candidate by those doctors. A few months ago I decided to do some research again because I’d been wearing contacts for 25 years plus glasses 3 years prior and frankly I was over it. When I saw Ashley Goggins post that she’d recently successfully had the procedure done by world renowned Surgeon Arun C. Gulani, I immediately called to schedule a consultation. As soon as I walked in the door it was a warm and inviting environment. Dr. Gulani even conversed with Khalil and I in the lobby prior to being taken to the back. Dr. Gulani was very thorough in his findings and reassured me that despite my extreme nearsightedness and severe astigmatism, he could perform the procedure that would grant me the ability to see without corrective lenses! There was a sacrifice that I was determined to complete before the surgery could take place. I could not wear contact lenses for about 2 weeks. Therefore I was forced from my comfort zone and had to wear my glasses. 22 days later, the painless and swift [5 minutes total for both eyes] procedure was completed! I’m now 14 days post op and have not experienced any pain at all. If you’re considering an alternative to wearing corrective lenses, Dr. Gulani is the answer.
