Captain Constance Q.
I was severely myopic (near sighted) and completely dependent on my glasses and contacts. This was especially a problem as an army officer. My eyes were irritated with contacts and glasses lead to a fear of losing/breaking them during a conflict.
I found the GVI (Gulani Vision Institute) while researching on the internet. Dr. Gulani’s website and the multiple articles about his work convinced me he was an exceptional surgeon that would make me feel comfortable as someone severely nearsighted considering surgery.
I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the GVI. When I first emailed with questions, I received a response and a phone call almost immediately. The patient interaction has stayed at that level since.
I have so much respect for Dr. Gulani and have truly enjoyed having him as a doctor.
After he performed my Laser Vision Surgery, I’m amazed at my vision and the fact I’m seeing with nothing between my eyes and
the world for the first time since I was eight years old.
He is not satisfied until he is convinced the patient understands
everything about their vision and options at hand. He is a
perfectionist and extremely personable, two qualities I couldn’t find more reassuring in an eye surgeon.
I have referred my father to GVI too.
