“I have been wearing glasses since I was 4 years old. As my past 2 annual eye exams remained unchanged, I decided to see if I would qualify for Lasik surgery in the hopes of getting rid of my glasses. Although there are eye surgeons within walking distance of me (I live in Nocatee located in Ponte Vedra Fl) I decided to take the time to do research.

I googled the highest rated eye surgeons near me, and Doctor Gulani’s name popped up. I read the reviews, looked at his many awards and his history of cutting-edge procedures and decided to make an appointment.

I am glad I did. After a 3 hours exam, he carefully explained my eye issues. Some of them I was aware of- lazy eye, astigmatism, nearsightedness, farsightedness. I was not aware of the issues of failing night vision, shallow chambers and the beginnings of cataracts. To say that my surgeries would be complex would not be an exaggeration.

Dr. Gulani assured me he could fix my issues. So, In January 2022 I went ahead with the surgeries with each eye done two weeks apart.

I am still healing, and my vision is adjusting. My brain has to adjust to the fact that Dr. Gulani has fixed my eyes. I will find out in a few weeks what my final vision will be, but I see improvement daily. (I work from home reviewing legal documents and work with 2 monitors with various software, so my improving eyesight is wonderful)

Eyesight is too important to leave to someone less talented. I am glad I did my homework and found Dr Gulani literally in my backyard. He cares about his patients. He is truly gifted! Just awesome. I highly recommend to anyone considering surgery on their eyes.” – Deborah O.
