My eye surgeon from Georgia sent me to Dr. Gulani for correction of my FUCHs disease with DSEK/DSAEK special transplant technique.

I was on a scale of poor detrimental functioning with daily routines, ongoing effects with the difficulty of reading, writing, etc.
