Above LASIK surgeons!!
I was born with a rare eye condition which causes me to have extreme near sightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. I also have severe nystagmus which means my eyes are constantly moving. Long story short just all around bad eyes. “Blind without my glasses” When I finished nursing school I was super excited because I could then afford LASIK surgery, only to be turned down by several LASIK institutes. I was told that due to the constant movement of my eyes the beam wouldn’t know where to hit. Finally I was referred to Dr. Gulani Vision Institute! While everyone kept telling me no he was eager to help me. Using a tool that he invented to help stabilize the eye I was able to get a surgery called LaZrPlastique to improve my vision! The staff at this office were all so welcoming, they made me feel right at home. Even after my procedure doctor Gulani himself stayed in contact with me making sure I was off to a speedy recovery! I’m still healing but looking forward to the end result. My goal is to further my education and we all know vision is a key aspect!!
